Manage Your Care Anywhere with MyChart
Whether you need to make an appointment or ask questions about care on your eleHealth account, you can now do that anytime, anywhere with MyChart.
How to use MyChart
- If you already have your MyChart username, enter it and hit the green Continue button.
- Enter your password and click the Login button.
If you have not signed up for your eleHealth MyChart account, click the Sign Up link, and fill out the information on the next screen.
With MyChart, you can:
Receive reminders
Schedule an appointment
Check-in for an appointment online
Review provider visit notes
Ask questions about care
Get lab results
Sign up for MyChart text alerts
Stay on top of your healthcare when you sign up for MyChart reminders on your phone! Text START to 38186 to receive messages about appointments, links for video visits and other important information.
