Elizabeth “Betsy” Copeland

Nurse Practitioner

Betsy Copeland is from Northeast Arkansas and has been a nurse practitioner since 2002.

She earned her B.S. and M.S. in nursing from Mississippi University for Women, Columbus, Mississippi. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

What area of the healthcare field interests you most?
I spent many years of my career working in nephrology and specifically enjoyed working with patients with chronic kidney disease before they required dialysis treatment. The time I spent in primary care and pain management was also challenging and rewarding, as I worked with patients with a wide range of ages and needs.

Population health has provided a different perspective and insights into healthcare, which has broadened my views and expertise.

What do you do enjoy most about your job with eleHealth Care Connect.
I have enjoyed watching this team grow and change over the past 10 years. The people who make up the team bring me great joy and pride watching them strive to make a difference and improve the lives of each individual they see.

What are some personal details about yourself you’d like to include?
I love spending time with my family and traveling.
