The EleHealth Medicare ACO
The EleHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) contracts with CMS for its Medicare Shared Savings Program. Through this program, EleHealth works with physicians, hospitals and other health care providers to manage the cost and quality of care for patients. The ACO will distribute to participating practices any shared savings generated from the reduction in the total cost of care.
