Brittany Jones, DNP, FNP-C
Brittany Jones, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about preventive healthcare and empowering patients to take charge of their well-being. Originally from Plaquemine, Louisiana, Brittany is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients while helping them achieve healthier, higher-quality lives.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University School of Nursing in Baton Rouge before advancing her education with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from United States University. She further expanded her clinical expertise by earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since graduating in 2024.
Her professional interests center on preventive care, patient education, and chronic disease management. Brittany enjoys helping patients understand their health conditions, identify opportunities to improve their wellness, and make informed decisions that can positively impact their long-term health outcomes.
At EleHealth Care Connect, Brittany appreciates the opportunity to make a broad and meaningful impact through prevention, early intervention, and improved health outcomes. She finds it especially rewarding to use her clinical knowledge to identify gaps in care and connect patients with the support they need. Brittany also enjoys the convenience and accessibility of telehealth, which allows her to build relationships with patients and provide care from the comfort of their homes.
Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, scrapbooking, learning new skills, and staying active through exercise. Her curiosity, dedication to lifelong learning, and commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle reflect the same passion and positive energy she brings to her patients every day.
