What area of the health care field interests you most?

As a nurse, I gained valuable experience in critical care, hospice, postoperative recovery, and behavioral health. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, I’ve continued to build on that foundation through my work in primary care, providing services in both clinic and nursing home settings.

I think that my heart lies with the elderly population and those with limited access to healthcare. I believe patient education is the foundation of better outcomes and do my best to empower individuals to take an active role in their health.

What do you do enjoy most about your job with eleHealth Care Connect?

What I enjoy most is being able to meet patients where they are, whether in their homes or virtually, helping them stay on top of important preventive care and screenings. It’s fulfilling to know I’m helping bridge the gaps in care and making a real difference in patients’ long-term health

What are some personal details about yourself?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters, reading and working on creative projects. I have a long travel bucket list, and if it requires a passport and a window seat, I’m in. I fully believe airport snacks taste better and that getting lost in a new city is part of the adventure.
